About Us

The Council is dedicated to fostering a client-centered, comprehensive continuum of care for individuals living with HIV (PLWH) across the TGA (Transitional Grant Area). Our primary objective is to ensure effective planning that promotes the development of HIV/AIDS health services, personnel, and facilities. We strive to meet identified health and support service needs cost-effectively, reduce inefficiencies, and address the unique requirements of uninsured, underinsured, and low-income persons living with HIV. By doing so, we contribute to enhancing overall health outcomes and well-being within our community.
